The television anime adaptation of Rocket Shokai and Nakashima723's Scum of the Brave manga has released its fourth promotional video. The new trailer previews the climactic battle between protagonist Shinigami Yashiro and the formidable Lord Storm Coffin, offering a final glimpse at the series' action ahead of its conclusion.
Alongside the new trailer, the anime's staff also revealed the final main visual. The series features a star-studded cast, including Ryōta Suzuki as Shinigami Yashiro and Yūichirō Umehara as Lord "Wedge of Both Hands". The anime is directed by Shinji Ushiro at OLM, with music composed by Kenichiro Suehiro. The opening theme is "Revive" by ClariS, and the ending theme is "Non-Fiction" by w.o.d.
Scum of the Brave premiered on NTV and its affiliates on January 10, with subsequent streaming on D-Anime, Hulu, and AT-X. Crunchyroll is also simulcasting the series. The anime is set to run for two cours without any breaks. The original manga, published digitally in English by Manga Planet, follows bounty hunters known as "Braves" who take down mafia members enhanced with ether surgery.
